Privacy Policy

Last updated: 19 August 2026

World Monitor has no accounts. We never ask for your name, email address or phone number. We do not collect your location. We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising.

1. What we do not collect

No account data — the app has no sign-up. No location; the app never requests location permission. No payment details; purchases are handled by Apple and your card is never visible to us. No contacts, photos, microphone, camera or health data. No advertising identifiers.

2. What we process

Saved articles, your alert level and your preferences stay on your iPhone. Deleting the app deletes them.

3. Sharing and retention

We share data only with the providers needed to run the app: Apple for distribution, payments and push delivery, plus providers for subscription management, analytics and crash reporting, hosting, and AI summaries. They act on our instructions and may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Data is kept only as long as needed to run the service and meet accounting obligations.

We do not sell personal data or share it with advertisers or data brokers.

4. Your rights

You may have the right to access, correct, export or delete data relating to you, and to object to processing. Because the app holds no identifying information, we may need your Apple transaction ID to locate a record. You can stop collection at any time by deleting the app.

5. Children

World Monitor is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

6. Changes and contact

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Questions: oguz_ata@icloud.com.
