Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the World Monitor iOS app, operated by Oguz ATA. By using the app you agree to them.

1. What the app is

World Monitor collects publicly available information — news, seismic data and open-source records — and presents it on a map with AI-generated summaries and indicators.

All data comes from open sources. We do not hold classified or otherwise privileged information.

2. Subscriptions

Some features require World Monitor Pro, offered as an auto-renewing subscription and as a one-time purchase. The price, billing period and any free trial are shown in the app before you buy, and those are the terms that apply.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. A subscription renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions; deleting the app does not cancel it.

Refunds are handled solely by Apple under the App Store terms. We cannot issue, approve or refuse them, and we do not offer refunds outside the App Store. This does not affect any statutory right you may have to cancel or obtain a refund.

3. Liability

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any decision taken in reliance on it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months. Nothing here limits your mandatory consumer rights.

4. Apple

Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support for the app. Apple is a third-party beneficiary and may enforce these terms against you.

5. Changes and contact
